Open **Templates** in Media or the composer's media picker. Choose a populated example. 2. Edit the fields beside the preview. For conversations, add participants and messages, or paste lines in `Name: message` form. Receipts calculate totals from line items and tax; you can also enter a custom total. Status pages contain an incident and ordered updates. 3. Open **Appearance** to choose light or dark artwork, text size, and image shape. Use **Fit content** to adjust the height. Export is blocked if the chosen shape cuts off content. 4. Review every line in the preview. On a phone, switch between **Edit** and **Preview**. 5. Choose **Download** for a PNG, **Save to Media** for a workspace file, or **Add to publication** to open the composer. When you started from a post, **Return to publication** attaches the result to that draft. Check the attached image and its alt text in the composer before publishing. ## Reopen or recover a design Designs save automatically to the current workspace. Undo and redo apply to field edits. To reuse an exported image, open it in Media and choose **Edit a copy**. The new design starts from its saved content. Changing or deleting the original design never changes earlier exports. If two sessions edit the same design, save your version as a copy to preserve both.
