Canonical: https://openpo.st/docs/workflows/review-and-schedule Source: [https://openpo.st/docs/workflows/review-and-schedule](https://openpo.st/docs/workflows/review-and-schedule) # Review and schedule posts Choose destinations in **Create draft** or **AI draft**, then add review before scheduling. ## Choose accounts Open **Destinations** and select accounts or a Social Set. **Manage Social Sets** changes its formats and provider settings. Each new draft uses the set's current accounts and defaults. Existing posts keep their saved settings. Selecting individual accounts switches away from the set. Replace a deleted set before running again. ## Review a post 1. Open **Runs** and select a run waiting for approval. 2. Check the displayed post and its variants. 3. Use **Open post** to edit text, media, or provider settings. 4. Return to the run and approve the current revision. Approval applies to the revision you reviewed. ## Schedule after review 1. Add **Schedule post** after **Review post**. 2. Select the review step's post and revision as its inputs. 3. Choose a delay, measured from when the scheduling step starts. 4. Preview the workflow and publish the updated draft. An edit after approval makes that revision stale and blocks scheduling. Review the new revision before continuing. Scheduling checks account access, provider settings, content limits, and readiness. Workspace random delay also applies. Check Publications for each destination's final result; an accepted schedule is not proof of delivery.
