Workspaces and settings
Keep accounts, content, media, and access separated by workspace.
A workspace keeps its posts, accounts, schedule, media, and members together. Choose the workspace from the switcher before you connect an account, write a post, or inspect results. The switcher marks the current workspace; if a post seems missing, check that selection first.
Invite someone
Open Workspace settings → Members. As an admin, enter the teammate's email, choose a role, then select Send invite. The page shows a link you can copy after the invitation is created. Share it directly if email delivery is unavailable. The teammate must accept the invitation before they appear as a member.
Choose the role for what they need to do in this workspace:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage workspace access and settings |
| Editor | Create and manage workspace content |
| Client | View content, connect accounts, and decide assigned reviews |
| Viewer | View workspace content and settings |
Check Invitations to see whether the invitation is still waiting. An admin can resend or revoke it, and can change or remove a member's access later. Removing a member does not delete the workspace's posts.
Find settings
Use Workspace settings for members and connected accounts. Your profile menu holds personal sign-in and notification preferences. If you manage a self-hosted deployment, instance settings are separate from any one workspace.
Send a post to a client
Client review is optional. Your usual draft and publishing flow stays the same until you explicitly send a post for review. The deployment must support client reviews, and the workspace must have an active client member.
- Open a draft and finish its text, destination variants, media and provider settings.
- Open the composer settings, select Send to client, choose the client, and add an optional note.
- Check the submitted version and send it. The post now requires that client's approval before publishing.
- The client opens the notification, reviews the submitted version, and chooses Approve this version or Request changes. Requesting changes requires feedback.
- After approval, the author schedules or publishes the post. Approval itself never publishes it.
Editing submitted content requires another review. If the post was queued, the edit removes its pending delivery jobs and returns it to a draft. If you submitted a date, changing that date also requires another review. If you submitted no date, you can choose the first schedule after approval.
The review history keeps the submitted versions and decisions. Removing or changing the assigned client's role prevents further publishing under that approval. Automatic reposts of reviewed posts are disabled; create a separate post for a new placement. Inbox replies remain separate conversation actions.
